3. Matching – Within one week, we present you with the most suitable candidates.
4. Assessment & Selection – Following interviews, we collaboratively select the candidate who demonstrates both technical excellence and cultural fit.
5. Reference Verification – Candidate references are meticulously and professionally verified.
6. Onboarding Support – We monitor the first 10 days of employment closely and provide daily updates to ensure a smooth integration.
7. Guarantee – Should a separation occur during the two-month trial period, we conduct a replacement search at no additional cost.

The consultancy fee is payable by the employer upon signing a contract with the selected candidate.
